The last three remaining lots of Ferguson Properties were kept connected to maximize their potential uses. It would be the ideal natural setting for a wilderness retreat, such as a centre for yoga/meditation, art classes, or team-building activities:

The combination land parcel of the lakefront lot, plus the wilderness forest, is ideal for a number of scenarios, including a year-round cottage retreat. The forest preserve could be a living family legacy for children and grandchildren, giving future generations the singular experience of nurturing a wilderness and growing with it.
